Pure hydrate water is sourced from a natural source then purified and alkalinised. As opposed to tap water, Alkaline water has been treated to be a higher PH and is rich in alkalizing minerals such as Calcium, Potassium, and Magnesium. It is also said to reduce acid reflux!
